He said that farmers have been agitating for a year now and now the government is awake, well it is too late.  Dharminder Malik said that this is a victory of Kisan Ekta, a victory of Kisan Andolan.  He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had taken this decision under the pressure of Kisan Andolan on November 26.  He said that farmers from all over the country were going to gather at the border on November 26 and preparations were underway for the Parliament March under which the government had taken this decision.  He said that return of agriculture laws was the result of unity of farmers.</p>   <p>He made it clear that the farmers would not return home till the government clarified its stand on MSP.  The peasants will persist in the agitation.  At the same time, National Spokesperson of Bhartiya Kisan Union Rakesh Tikait said that the formation of a committee on MSP and other issues including power modification were yet to be discussed after which a decision on repatriation would be taken.  Will be taken.</p> <p>Importantly, the Prime Minister has appealed to the farmers to return to the fields by withdrawing all the three agricultural laws.  "While apologizing to the people of the country, I sincerely want to say that there will be some shortcomings in our efforts which we could not explain to the people," he said.
