New Delhi, November 25 Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday laid the foundation stone of Noida International Airport near Jewar in Uttar Pradesh’s Gautam Budh Nagar district. On the occasion, PM Modi said that this airport would become the logistics gateway of North India.
Let me tell you that once this airport is operational, it will be the fifth international airport in UP. Not so in any other state.
After laying the foundation stone of the airport, the Prime Minister said that he congratulated the people of Uttar Pradesh for the construction of Noida International Airport. It will put Noida and western Uttar Pradesh on the world map. The Prime Minister announced that the airport would be the “Logistics Gateway of North India” and would make UP a new destination on the global logistics map.
